Message about a broken valve from an indian customer
Tecon company received information from Indian customer asking for help yesterday. He said that a solenoid valve on the machine was broken. He hope that our company can provide the corresponding specifications and parameters, so that he can buy it locally, and can quickly return to normal production.
Indian customer purchased our basic cement production line in 2013. It has been running for 5 years now. The production line he purchased is the old equipment, which is no longer produced now. In order to solve the problem quickly and accurately, Tecon company's after-sales service colleague suggested that the customer send a detailed picture for checking. After receiving the customer's detailed location picture, Tecon company's technical department colleagues checked and found the parameters of the solenoid valve, and passed the message to the after-sales service colleague to send it to the customer. The customer immediately purchased and replaced the solenoid valve, and quickly resumed production.
After the technical department colleagues check, the information is fed back to the customer:
1. The two solenoid valves are of the same type. The internal number is: 4V210-08-DC24V, which is a two-position five-way solenoid valve.
2. Detailed technical parameters are stated on the old solenoid valve;
3. This is a standard part, which can be replaced if the interface and parameters are met.
This morning, received a thank-you letter from India customer, he said he has resumed production, and thanks to Tecon Company for its fast and intimate after-sales service.
